Roulette Rules
Although Roulette Originated in Europe, it has become a popular game on the American table due to the many varied
types of bets a player can make. Bets are made on single number, multiple numbers, groups of numbers, red numbers,
black numbers, odd numbers or even numbers - almost any combination you wish! Roulette cheques are different from
other casino chips and can be worth $1 to $5 dollars. Each player receives a different color cheque and decides the
value of the cheque. The dealer spins the roulette wheel in one direction. The object of the game is to place your
bet on whichever one of the 38 numbered pockets it will fall in. The roulette wheel has 36 numbers plus 0 and 00.
The numbers are alternately colored red and black with 0 and 00 green. Play begins when players have placed their
chips or money on the numbered layout. The dealer spins the white ball in the direction of the spinning wheel. Bets
may be placed until the "dealer calls "no more bets." The dealer marks the number and the bets are paid accordingly.
